Fall Training Classes
This class is designed to develop and improve the physical qualities essential for athletic performance through a combination of mobility exercises, plyometrics, strength training, and speed drills.
Athletes will build strength, power, speed, coordination, and mobility, creating a strong athletic foundation while helping reduce the risk of injury.
This program is ideal for pole vaulters, long jumpers, triple jumpers, high jumpers, and sprinters, helping them develop the movement skills and explosiveness needed to excel in their events.
Biweekly 2-hour sessions $215 if paid online or $200 if paid cash.
